Mario Algarin & Tania Quiñones-Algarin

Before answering the call to establish Reflection Church Orlando, Pastor Mario and Pastor Tania spent over a decade faithfully serving in their home churches. Their ministry experience spans youth and children’s ministry, worship, audio/visual support, Bible study teaching, and servant leadership as deacons—each role shaping their heart for the local church and its people.

Pastor Mario carries a deep passion for teaching Kingdom living through the Word of God, equipping believers to grow in faith and live with purpose beyond the church walls. Together, Pastor Mario and Pastor Tania are committed to building a Christ-centered community rooted in truth, love, and transformation.

Married for 15 years and blessed with two children, they share a God-given vision to see families restored and strengthened. Through biblical teaching and leading by example, they are devoted to re-establishing the family unit as God designed—impacting this generation and the next.
